We started as Supernova Lighting, and our DNA hasn’t changed. We are the same people, the same company, still family-owned. Every innovation, every warranty, every breakthrough carries forward.
From the Garage to the Frontier
In 2013, a problem sparked an idea. I wanted better headlights for my VW Golf. What I found in big-brand auto stores was expensive, ineffective, and full of compromises. So, I built my own.
A passion for electronics turned into late nights of hand-soldering LEDs in my garage. Word spread fast. At car meets, people noticed the hyper-white glow of my DRLs. The name Supernova stuck, and suddenly, I wasn’t just building for myself anymore.
Inventory lived in shoe boxes. Orders were packed in backpacks. Every shipment meant a trip to the post office. After hours, we hacked together our first website. And just like that, a brand was born—not in a boardroom, but in the real world, solving real problems.
Today, ALTIQ is an industry leader, shipping thousands of products across the globe. But the mindset remains unchanged: innovation isn’t a luxury - it’s a responsibility.
