Major Faults

✅ Replace, Repair, or Refund – The choice is yours.

Minor Faults

✅ Replace or Repair – At ALTIQ’s discretion.

🔧 We must receive the failed item back for testing before dispatching a replacement. Warranty for replacements continues for the remaining time of the original warranty.

When Is Warranty Void?

ALTIQ products are designed to handle extreme conditions, but misuse and neglect aren’t covered.

  • Goods have been tampered with, disassembled, modified, or installed incorrectly.

  • Damage exceeds normal wear and tear.

  • Electrical faults caused by incorrect wiring or excessive current draw.

Installation Requirements

  • All light fixtures must be installed using all supplied mounting bolts.

  • Professional installation is not required, but wiring modifications may be reviewed in case of electrical faults.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear is subjective, but stone chips are covered—just not from deliberate damage or crashes.

Limitations & Liability

ALTIQ is built for adventure, but we’re not responsible for:

  • Installation/removal costs related to troubleshooting or replacements.

  • Return shipping costs for warranty claims.

  • Consequential damages such as property damage, personal injury, or loss of use.

This warranty covers the product. What you do with it? That’s on you.
