To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by Monday, December 16th. This cut-off date is based on our extensive experience with Christmas dispatch timelines for most regions.

- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by the cut-off time on December 16th will be dispatched the same day.
- Courier Follow-Ups: We actively track and resolve any delays with couriers to ensure your package reaches you promptly.
- Express Shipping: Where express shipping is selected, we will prioritise the fastest available service for your order.
Important Notes:
- Rural Areas & International Deliveries: Delivery times for rural and international locations may vary, and we cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas. For confirmation, please contact our team before placing your order.
- While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues or extreme weather) may occur.

Dispatch Times
We are despatching orders daily from our Melbourne warehouse.
Orders placed before 12pm will be packed on the same day.
Please note. There are currently delays within the Australia Post network. As such Express postage service can not be guaranteed for next business day delivery. Standard delivery may also encounter longer than normal shipping timeframes.

Which items are sent via courier?
Light Bars over 32" are sent via courier. Unfortunately PO Boxes cannot be accepted as a delivery address on these items.
Headlights, Tail Lights, Light Bars, Driving Lights, Bulky Items express delivery via courier does not guarantee next business day delivery.
