🧰 What’s Included

✅ ALTIQ™ Stealth Bracket System (3 pieces)
✅ ALTIQ™ Rogue Mk3 Spotlights (2x 8.5")
✅ ALTIQ™ Rogue Mk3 Grey Fascias — other colours available separately
✅ ALTIQ™ Fast Fit Dual Output Wiring Harness (1)
✅ ALTIQ™ High Beam Adapter or AUX Trigger Wire / Footwell High Beam Trigger Wire
✅ Mounting Hardware

1️⃣ Before You Begin

📏 Park the vehicle on flat, level ground facing a wall or garage door — you’ll need this later to align your lights. Aim for at least a 5-metre gap where possible.
🧼 Place a clean towel or foam on the engine bay to protect paintwork when resting the grille.

⚠️ Disconnect the battery before removing the grille.
Unplugging the grille camera socket with the battery connected may trigger a fault requiring dealer recalibration. Leave the battery disconnected until the grille camera socket is reconnected.
With the battery disconnected, we have not seen any issues on the several thousand Next Gen Stealth Kits fitted.

2️⃣ Bracket & Light Assembly

Position the spotlights face down and remove the included mounting bolts (4) to prevent the nuts and retainer from sliding out.
Mount the Rogue Mk3 spotlights to the Stealth bracket system using the supplied bolts, washers, and nyloc nuts.

Align the lights to the bracket so they are 90º and hand-tighten so the brackets are firm for installation — you’ll torque them fully later after final alignment.

3️⃣ Grille Removal

The grille design differs slightly between models:

  • Raptor: has 3 extra bolts and a trim piece at the bottom.

  • Ranger & Everest: no bottom bolts or trim.

Steps:

1️⃣ Disconnect the vehicle battery.
2️⃣ Remove the 13 clips securing the top trim panel above the grille.
3️⃣ (Raptor only): Remove the lower trim piece using a trim tool.
4️⃣ Remove the two 8mm bolts from the top of the grille.
5️⃣ (Raptor only): Remove the three 8mm bolts from the bottom of the grille.
6️⃣ (Ranger & Everest only): Unclip the lower grille clips.
7️⃣ Gently pull the grille forward to release the clips. Either:

  • Disconnect the camera plug & washer hose and remove the grille completely, or

  • Rest the grille carefully on the engine bay on a towel, keeping the camera plug connected if possible.

4️⃣ Bracket Installation

On each side of the opening:

  • Remove the factory 2x bolts (10mm socket) and 2x clips.

  • Mount the Stealth end brackets with attached Rogue lights, reusing bolts & clips.

In the centre:

  • Secure the centre bracket using the supplied 3x bolts, washers, spring washers, and nyloc nuts.

  • Do not over tighten — snug enough to hold position but still allow minor adjustment for later.

Note: The centre bracket has depth adjustment. Using a flat bar or spirit level, confirm the toe is straight across the two spotlights. Push the centre bracket in towards the radiator, then tighten the centre bracket bolts. This ensures the driving beam pattern is straight and does not overlap. Height will be adjusted later during alignment.

5️⃣ Wiring

Your vehicle will have one of the following headlight wiring configurations:
✅ Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 headlights — depending on factory options
✅ Vehicles with factory AUX overhead switches (optional, typically Raptor, Platinum, and optioned Next Gens)

For all configurations:

  • Use the Fast Fit Dual Output Harness, routing the twin DT-P plugs to each Rogue Mk3 light behind the grille (use the opening on the driver’s side near the radiator).

  • Install the isolator switch in-cabin within easy reach of the driver. Undo the waterproof disconnect for easier cable routing. Firewall grommet is located on the passenger side.
⚠️ Do not change the pin order of the isolator switch — doing so may result in harness failure. (Correct order: Black, Blue, White.)

  • Route and connect the high beam trigger input (see options below).

  • Ground the harness ring terminal and position the positive ring terminal at the battery, but leave the fuse removed from the harness fuse holder for now.

🔷 Level 1 & Level 3 Headlight Vehicles

You’ll Need:
✅ ALTIQ™ Next Gen Level 1/3 High Beam Adapter
✅ Fast Fit Harness

Steps:
1️⃣ Connect the High Beam Adapter between the passenger-side headlight and the factory harness by unplugging the loom and inserting the adapter.
2️⃣ Connect the white T-plug socket from the adapter to the Fast Fit harness. This ensures the harness activates only when high beams and the isolator switch are on, per ADR regulations.
3️⃣ Proceed to Section 6.

🔶 Level 2 Headlight Vehicles

You’ll Need:
✅ ALTIQ™ Next Gen Level 2 High Beam Adapter (passenger footwell — see included diagram)

Steps:
1️⃣ Route the high beam T-socket trigger wire through the firewall into the passenger footwell (grommet behind battery on passenger side).
2️⃣ Connect it to the factory high beam feed wire as shown in the diagram.
3️⃣ Proceed to Section 6.

💠 Vehicles with AUX Overhead Switches

Some vehicles have 6 factory AUX outputs, of which AUX 5 & 6 are high beam dependent (activating only when high beams are on).
⚠️ AUX 5/6 outputs cannot handle two Rogue Mk3s directly — they serve as signal inputs only. The Fast Fit harness handles the full load safely (330 W).

You’ll Need:
✅ ALTIQ™ Next Gen AUX Trigger Wire

Steps:
1️⃣ Connect AUX 5 or 6 output in the engine bay to the high beam trigger wire of the Fast Fit harness. Use the included heatshrink to insulate the connections. Heat with a heat gun — avoid open flames.
2️⃣ (Optional): Coil isolator switch in the engine bay (set ON) or route into the glove box as a secondary cut-off. The overhead AUX switch becomes your main isolator. Alternatively, you may terminate the isolator circuit by joining blue to white and insulating black (negative) — this remains ADR-compliant and fully functional.
3️⃣ Proceed to Section 6.

6️⃣ Reconnect Battery & Align Lights

⚠️✅ Before reconnecting the battery, ensure the grille camera socket is plugged back in.

Steps:
1️⃣ Plug the grille camera socket back in.
2️⃣ Reconnect the vehicle battery.
3️⃣ Remove the fuse from the Fast Fit harness fuse holder.
4️⃣ Connect the harness positive and negative ring terminals to the battery.
5️⃣ Insert the fuse into the harness fuse holder and close it.
6️⃣ Rest the grille on a towel in the engine bay with the camera still plugged in for alignment.

7️⃣ Alignment

With the grille resting and camera plugged in:
1️⃣ Turn ignition ON (⚠️ do not start engine while grille is resting in engine bay).
2️⃣ Switch on high beams — Rogue Mk3 lights should illuminate. Ensure the isolator switch is on. For constant high beams, rotate the headlight dial from Auto to ON.
3️⃣ Measure from the centre of each Rogue Mk3 lens to the ground, and mark that height on a wall or door.
4️⃣ Adjust the lights so the brightest hotspot sits just below the marked height for road use. If the hotspot is higher than the light fixture, tilt down accordingly.
5️⃣ Tighten all bolts securely:

  • Spotlight hex bolts to 10 Nm

  • Security Torx bolts to approx 22 Nm
    6️⃣ Turn ignition OFF.
7️⃣ Fully refit grille, ensuring all clips, bolts, and trim pieces are secure.

✅ Final Checks

  • Verify all bolts are tight and brackets secure.

  • Confirm grille camera is plugged in and no wires are pinched.

  • Test lights once more.
