Install your ALTIQ Jimny LED Light Bar Kit with ease using the following step-by-step guide. We've broken this process down to make it as simple and easy for you as possible. No cutting, drilling, or specialist tools needed.
Step 1: Remove the Grille

Locate and rotate the two Phillips head clips under the grille 90°.

In the engine bay, remove the two top clips securing the grille.

Gently pull the grille forward from the vehicle and disconnect the indicator connectors.
Step 2: Prepare Mounting Points

Undo the two screws located next to the headlight.

Position the included mounting brackets in place.
-
Reuse the screws to secure the brackets to the vehicle.
Step 3: Mount the Light Bar

Place the light bar onto the installed brackets.

Fasten using the included bolts.
-
Do not fully tighten yet – this will allow you to align the bar later.
Undermount Brackets Guide (DOUBLE ROW)

Install the rear undermount brackets to the light bar but keep the bolts loose.

Place the included bracket guide plate over the mounting bracket.

Slide the bracket to the edge and align it with the guide.

Tighten the bolts securely.

Repeat for the other side.

Follow the same process as the double row:

Keep bolts loose.

Place the bracket guide.

Slide the bracket to align.
-
Tighten bolts.

Repeat for other side

Step 6: Reinstall the Grille

Reconnect the indicator connectors.

Push grille back into position.
-
Replace top engine bay clips and rotate the lower grille clips 90° back to secure.
Step 7: Install & Wire the ALTIQ Jimny Push Button Switch

Insert switch into factory dash slot (32mm x 21mm).

Wiring Guide:

Green (01): Power in
-
Red (02): Output to relay

Red (03): Dash light circuit

Black (04): Ground

Connect wires to match the ALTIQ wiring harness or your relay setup.
You're done! Your light bar is now securely mounted, perfectly aligned, and seamlessly integrated with a factory-style switch. Time to hit the road (or off-road) and light the way with ALTIQ.
