If you’ve ever wired multiple work lights, you know the trade-off — build your own harness and battle complexity, or use a pre-configured one that turns into a tangled mess when not every output is used.
The Quad Output FLEX™ Harness changes that. Its modular, expandable design lets you power one light today and grow to four whenever you’re ready — all from a single, clean circuit.
One Harness, up to 4 Lights
The Quad Output FLEX™ Harness is engineered for simplicity and versatility. Four short Deutsch DT plugs run directly from the relay, keeping the engine bay clean and clutter-free. Each plug connects to a detachable 5-metre DT extension — long enough to reach the rear of your vehicle, canopy, or roof rack with ease.
Control every connected light from a single switch. The included rocker switch can be mounted in-cabin, or swapped out for one of ALTIQ’s vehicle-specific push-button switches for a seamless OEM finish.
Unlike daisy-chain wiring, where voltage drop increases with each additional light, every output on the FLEX™ Harness runs directly from the relay for consistent power delivery across all four channels.
From canopy and camp lighting to reverse, awning, and roof rack setups — this is a modular system built to adapt to any configuration, ensuring your lighting evolves with every stage of your build.

Step‑by‑Step Wiring Guide for Work Lights
⚠️ For safety: Always leave the negative battery terminal disconnected until installation is complete.
-
Connect Positive Battery Terminal
Attach the red (positive) ring terminal to the positive battery post. Leave the negative terminal disconnected until the end of the installation. -
Mount the Relay
Secure the relay near the battery in a position that ensures wires are under no unnecessary tension. -
Install the Switch (In Cabin)
Route the switch cable through the firewall and mount the rocker switch in a convenient location inside the cabin for quick control. -
Route Extensions to Work Lights
Connect the included 5m extensions to the DT outputs at the relay, then run each cable neatly to your auxiliary light positions. -
Plug and Play
Attach each extension to the DT plug of your auxiliary lights. Once all connections are secure, reconnect the negative terminal and power on your setup.
