Most light bars top out at 52 inches. For full-size American pickups, expedition trucks, Unimogs, mining rigs, and marine vessels, that's not enough width to match the vehicle or the application. The ALTIQ™ 62" and 72" Hybrid range fills that gap — four lightbars across two sizes and two row configurations, each built to the same standard as the rest of the ALTIQ™ light bar lineup.
These are, to our knowledge, the largest commercially available LED light bars on the market.
Who These Bars Are Built For
Standard 50" bars were designed around standard-width vehicles. When you're running a full-size US pickup, a wide-body expedition build, heavy machinery, or a commercial vessel, the proportions don't work — you end up with a bar that's visually undersized and doesn't cover the full width of the vehicle's lighting footprint.
The 62" and 72" range is built for:
- Full-size US pickups — F-250, Silverado HD, RAM (fitment depends on vehicle configuration)
- Expedition trucks and Unimogs
- Heavy machinery and mining vehicles
- Boats and marine craft requiring IP69K durability and full-width coverage
- Any application where a 50" bar is proportionally or functionally insufficient

The Hybrid Beam Pattern
All four bars use the ALTIQ™ Hybrid Tri-Optic beam pattern — three distinct reflector types in a single bar, producing output across the full range from immediate flood to long-distance spot.
- Hyper Spot Reflector — 5° focused projection for distance. More reaction time and better braking distances on the highway.
- Combo Flood Reflector — wide cast flood for off-road coverage. Lights up the area beyond the road edge where animals approach from.
- Scene Reflector — 120° ultra-wide flood for immediate range. Four scene reflectors per bar, one at each end, covering corners, technical terrain, and close-range work.
The result is a seamless, homogenous beam from bonnet to horizon — no dark zones, no harsh transitions between flood and spot.

Single Row vs Double Row: Which to Choose
The single-row and double-row configurations serve different priorities.
Single Row — 61mm in height including bracket. The slim profile makes it suitable for applications where clearance or aesthetics matter — roof rack mounting, low-profile bull bars, or marine installations where height is a constraint. The boltless faceplate reduces wind turbulence and noise at speed.
Double Row — 100 OSRAM P9 chips vs 50 OSRAM P7 chips in the single row. The double row delivers significantly more lux at distance — 1 lux at 1,242m (62") and 1,371m (72") compared to 889m and 984m for the single-row equivalents. If maximum throw distance is the priority and profile height is not a constraint, the double row is the stronger performer.

Build Specification
The 62" and 72" bars share the same build specification as the rest of the ALTIQ™ Hybrid range:
- GE Lexan 3mm lens — polycarbonate that stays optically clear over time. No hazing, no yellowing, no protective covers required.
- DuPont Midnight Paint — chip-resistant coating that holds its finish in harsh environments.
- 316L Marine Stainless fasteners — corrosion-resistant hardware throughout.
- Gore-Tex breather valve — 100% pressure equalisation and moisture venting. Prevents internal condensation without compromising the IP69K seal.
- CISPR 25 Class 3 certified — zero radio and UHF interference. Critical for vehicles running UHF comms, GPS, or mining communication systems.
- IP68/IP69K rated — pressure-wash safe, submersion rated. Suitable for marine and high-pressure wash-down environments.
- Side and undermount brackets included — multiple mounting configurations without additional hardware.
What's Included
Every bar ships with a complete installation kit:
- Stainless steel side mounting brackets
- Sliding rear undermount brackets
- Stainless steel mounting fastener kit
- Fast Fit Wiring Harness — battery terminals, inline fuse, relay, in-cabin isolation switch, H4 and HB3 high beam adapters
Frequently Asked Questions
What's the largest LED light bar available?
The ALTIQ™ 72" Hybrid Double Row is, to our knowledge, the largest commercially available LED light bar. At 72 inches (1,828mm), it produces 30,800 lumens and 1 lux at 1,371m.
Will a 72" light bar fit my vehicle?
The 72" bar is designed for full-size US pickups (F-250, Silverado HD, RAM), expedition trucks, Unimogs, and wide-body commercial vehicles. Fitment depends on your specific bull bar, roof rack, or mounting configuration. Contact us if you're unsure.
What's the difference between single row and double row?
Single row uses 50 x OSRAM P7 chips and has a 61mm profile height — suited to low-profile mounting. Double row uses 100 x OSRAM P9 chips and delivers significantly more lux at distance, with 1 lux reaching 1,242m (62") and 1,371m (72").
Are these bars suitable for marine use?
Yes. IP69K rating covers pressure-wash and jet-wash exposure. The 316L marine stainless fasteners and Gore-Tex breather valve make them suitable for saltwater environments.
Do these bars cause radio interference?
No. All four bars are CISPR 25 Class 3 certified which means zero radio or UHF interference.
The Bottom Line
The 62" and 72" Hybrid range exists because the vehicles that need them are real, and the options previously available weren't. Four configurations — two sizes, two row counts — covering everything from slim-profile roof rack mounting to maximum-output double-row builds.
